ABC Picks Up Spooky New Drama '666 Park Ave.' Starring Fan Favorite Terry O'Quinn

New postby Brian Massey » Fri May 11, 2012 9:49 pm

More supernatural drama is coming our way via ABC, featuring one of the genres most recognizable names; Terry O'Quinn. (The Stepfather, and "Lost")

It looks like ABC is done with its sister studio and moving to picking up pilots from outside suppliers. Deadline is now reporting that the network just picked up Warner Bros. TV's spooky drama 666 Park Ave.

The project centers on a young couple (Rachael Taylor, Dave Annable) who accept an offer to manage one of the most historic apartment buildings in New York City. Unwittingly, they begin to experience supernatural occurrences that complicate and endanger the lives of everyone in the building. Vanessa Williams plays the coldly beautiful and sophisticated wife of the building’s owner (Terry O’Quinn).

Helena Mattsson co-stars along with Mercedes Masöhn ("The Finder") and Robert Buckley ("One Tree Hill") as fashion photographer Louise and playwright Brian, another couple who live at the ominous address. Erik Palladino ("ER", "Over There") will appear in the recurring role of Tony Demeo.

Sounds fun, but it IS ABC. Their track record with the supernatural stuff is problematic.
